Chewelah Faith Resources Group: TASTY Summer Program
Filling the gap from when the schools stop providing meals to students until school resumes in September. The goal is to maintain the amount and variety of good food provided while increasing the number of children we are able to provide for.
Christ Kitchen: Christ Kitchen
A job training project providing work, instruction, discipleship, support and fellowship is a place of hope for women in poverty. Women become employable and become able to support themselves and their families without reliance on government programs or destructive relationships.
Cor Christi: Cor Christi Pre Seminary
In 2016 guidelines issued by the Congregation for the Clergy, a new phase was added to seminary formation. Cor Christi Pre-Seminary is Spokane's response. Cor Christi will be a place where young men will develop healthy fraternity, solid spirituality, strong catechesis, and formation in chastity, while developing a dynamic of self-giving through apostolic service.
Cursillo Movement: Hispanic Religious Education Leadership
The Cursillo Movement addresses the need of ongoing religious education, evangelization and leadership formation for Hispanic Catholics, helping them to have a personal encounter with Jesus and the Church.
EWU Catholic Newman Center: Yearly Retreats
The primary responsibility is to assist and support the students spiritually on their journey of faith. The retreats offer students time to be with the Lord in an environment conducive to growing in their faith.
Guardian Angel School - Colton: Bibles for Children
Guardian Angel / St. Boniface School wants to put a Bible in each student's hands. This will assist the children in feeling like they are part of Mass and the Catholic family.
Holy Family Catholic Parish: Community Garden Project
The community garden consists of ten raised bed boxes and cultivated areas for growing specific vegetables, as well as crop and fruit plants. The vegetables grown will be donated to various social service agencies like local foodbanks.
Holy Family Catholic Parish: Vacation Bible School
Held in July, the Vacation Bible School for Holy Family will serve 100-125 children, using the Jerusalem Marketplace program. There will be no charge for any child K-6 to attend, and they will receive a t-shirt and a music CD to continue their celebration at home.
Holy Family School - Clarkston: Theology of the Body
Holy Family School will be using Theology of the Body curriculum for students grades 6-8. They will be purchasing two sets of teacher materials and 45 sets for student workbooks.
Immaculate Heart Retreat Center: SEARCH Retreat for High School Students
Search retreats (the Search for Christian Maturity) addresses the spiritual needs and faith development of high school students in our diocese. The goals for Search include self-discovery, deepening of one's relationship with God, and creating lasting change for a minimum of 490 students.
Natural Family Planning Program: Natural Family Planning
Married and engaged couples learn how to recognize and monitor the natural physical signs placed by God within each woman's reproductive system. Since 1975, this class has been offered through SHMC.
Okanogan Valley Parishes: Catechism of the Good Shepherd
The church teaches us that parents are the primary teachers of their children. The goal of the program is to train and teach parents and catechists in Okanogan Valley Parishes the model of the Catechesis of the Good Shephard so they may in turn teach the many children who are a blessed part of the parishes.
Pend Oreille County Parishes: Catholic Youth Outreach
Pend Oreille County is in great need of a spiritual renewal. Through the Outreach program, youth will be invited to three events to meet other like-minded Catholics in the county. These events will help show them that Jesus Christ provides a path that leads out of violence and poverty and into true joy and peace.
Pend Oreille County Parishes: Mass for the Dead
Many Pend Orielle County parishoners have experienced the loss of a child, sibling, or spouse. At the Mass, we will pray for the souls of these loved ones, and then join together for a simple catered meal.

Sacred Heart in Brewster will receive supplies for the classrooms and for Family Night, and workbooks for families who need financial assistance. They use bilingual curriculum materials and seek Spanish speakers as volunteers.

The Secular Franciscans provide celebrational meals to families during Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
St. Vincent de Paul @ Mary Queen Parish: Community Assistance
Substantial community assistance is applied to housing, utilities and food. Along with the monetary aid, they provide meaningful company and engagement.
St Aloysius School - Spokane: Chrome Books 1 Classroom
The K-8 teachers at St. Aloysius consistently implement the use of educational technology into their daily lessons. Up-to-date Chromebooks will assist in the overall delivery of the school's mission.
St Charles School - Spokane: CGS Atrium
St. Charles has embarked on a journey of transition to a Classical Catholic Model; one step on the path is starting the Catechism of the Good Shepherd - which will be held in a space called an Atrium. Along with converting a classroom into the Atrium, St. Charles will purchase beautiful religious artwork, child-size items for practicing parts of the mass, and items to use for basic skills like water pouring, writing and coloring, and cleaning.
St John Vianney School - Spokane: SJV Student Bible Project
We will help students encounter Christ through regular reading of Sacred Scripture. The SJV Bible Project seeks to give each student their own Catholic Bible.

Winter is the time Hispanic women stay home from field work and try to catch up. The overall intent of the retreat is to evangelize but we also hope it will provide an avenue to feed a young mom's desire of reconnecting with service and participation in the growth of the parish.
